What a great day to be out training for my first century ride! For those not familiar with cycling lingo a century ride is 100 miles. In August I will be riding the Triple Bypass which will take me from Evergreen to Vail over three mountain passes climbing more than 10,000 feet!
Less than a week ago I competed in the Firecracker 50 mile mountain bike race, but I am already back at training. I credit my recovery to nutrition and rest. Following the directions of my nutritionist and paying attention to macros.
Thought of the day: Set a goal. Get help if needed. Crush it!
